Oh Boy… Bok Choy!

The NASA EPSCoR team oversaw the successful harvest of Bok Choy from NASA’s BLiSS trailer this week. In total, 44 plants were harvested. Moving forward, the group plans to make necessary measurements to determine the “harvest index” of the crop.
